The ideal candidate for this type of operation are those women who have lost a lot of weight pr have lost tone after pregnancy or breast feeding.
The relaxation and sagging are due to the loosening of the suspensory ligaments in the breast.
The operation consists in repositioning the areola, the nipple and the mammary tissue in a higher position; removement and remodellement of the excess skin in the lower part of the breast.

The only scars will be around the areola (nearly invisible in time) and vertically to the groove under the breast.
